Ashlie is the founder of Berry Financial Services and advises our Personal and Private Clients, helping individuals, families and business owners to achieve their goals over the longer term, whilst maintaining exceptional levels of client service.
Ashlie started in the financial services industry in 2005 and went on to start her own Partner Practice of the award winning St. James's Place Wealth Management in 2014.
Ashlie is proud to have achieved one of the highest external qualifications in the financial advisory industry, Chartered Status, demonstrating that she is at the forefront of her profession and serves as a mark of trust with clients and business associates.
Ashlie has a passion for Intergenerational Planning meaning she is able to look after her clients throughout the course of their lifetime, as well as their future beneficiaries.

Outside of her business, Ashlie likes to keep fit, is a music lover and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Charlotte joined Berry Financial Services in 2016 after enjoying a successful career in Investment Banking in the City of London.
Charlotte’s passion for progression of knowledge, saw her become a qualified Mortgage Adviser having successfully achieved her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. In 2019, she successfully achieved the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Charlotte takes a huge amount of pride in advising clients on Mortgages and Protection. Whether it be moving or purchasing your first home, protecting your loved ones in the event of death or serious illness or simply trying to find a better mortgage deal, Charlotte aims to ensure the process is as simple and stress free as possible.
Charlotte is able to offer a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market, which lenders make available to mortgages intermediaries for which we will be paid a procuration fee by the lender.
Outside of the office, Charlotte spends her evenings and weekends looking after her young family who keep her busy with their many football games. When she does get some rare time to herself, she likes to spend this keeping fit.
Kirsty joined Berry Financial Services in 2017 as administration support for the Practice. Kirsty’s drive for success has seen her graduate from the St. James’s Place Paraplanners Academy in 2019 and progressing through to a qualified Paraplanner within the Practice.
Kirsty’s role is to support Ashlie with the documentation of her advice, ensuring that the high standards of service, set by the Practice, are met and maintained.
Kirsty is currently in the final examination process to achieve her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has a strong desire to continue servicing clients by ensuring her knowledge remains relevant and up to date.
When she isn't working or studying, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her two daughters who keep her fit and healthy with their daily activities.
Liam joined Berry Financial Services as a Paraplanner after achieving his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Previously, Liam enjoyed many successful years in the motor trade.
Liam is responsible for the documentation of advice and ensuring that the high standards set by Ashlie, are met and maintained.
Liam has a strong desire to be a Financial Adviser within the Practice and is actively working hard towards this.
In his spare time, Liam is a keen golfer (handicap of 7!) and a member of Frinton Golf Club, when he isn’t golfing he is spending time with his young son and wife, Kelly.
Hannah joined Berry Financial Services as a Client Servicing Administrator in January 2020 after enjoying a successful career at Coutts in the City of London, before starting her family.
Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and client servicing experience to the practice and is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and clients continue to receive the highest level of care and attention.
Hannah enjoys baking cakes and spending time watching her two sons play rugby while her husband Michael coaches, at the weekends.
